TOP THREE SALES

#1 Terrace Properties, Lakeview West and Lakeview Village purchased 22,895 square feet at 13901 and 13911 St. Francis Blvd. in Chesterfield for $10.3 million from St. Francis MOB III and FP Holdings. Kevin Specter and Mark Specter with Specter Properties represented the buyer. Matt Hamilton and Chris Wallace with CBRE represented the seller.

#2 Marwaha Business Park purchased 88,890 square feet at 1910, 1920 and 1950 E. Parham Road in Henrico for $5.35 million from SIR Properties Trust. Tucker Dowdy and Michael Good with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the buyer.

#3 1501 Petersburg LLC purchased 100,492 square feet at 1501 W. Washington St. in Petersburg for $4.63 million. Tom Rosman, Ken Campbell and Ryan Rilee with One South Commercial represented the seller.
