Dental Products Lab, LLC, creators of NopoGuard, announced their recent attendance at OSAP’s Annual Conference in Tucson, Arizona on June 1st as part of their ongoing customer engagement and OSHA compliance education.

As corporate members of OSAP, Dental Products Lab is engaged to further the mission of keeping dental health care personnel (DHCP) safe. In developing partnerships with OSHA compliance training providers, Dental Products Lab is helping connect its customers to training organizations promoting safety in the workplace. These partners, present and future, convened at OSAP’s Annual Conference on June 1st to share with the broader community the latest tools, studies, and educational opportunities in infection prevention in the clinical environment.

“We’re excited to have attended OSAP’s Annual Conference in Tucson, Arizona to engage with our partners and customers in such an important area of dentistry. The attendees at this conference represent the thought leaders of the infection control community,” said Shan Gaw, co-founder of Dental Products Lab.

Dental Products Lab also exhibited at OSAP’s Annual Conference. Their recently introduced needle safety device, NopoGuard, has established a new standard in dentistry for protecting DHCP from exposure to bloodborne pathogens due to needlestick injuries.

“We’re proud to support OSAP’s commitment to infection prevention and safety education with the invention of a novel needle safety device. The early adoption of NopoGuard in dental clinics around the country is a testament to its unique features,” said Gaw.

NopoGuard is the only reusable on- syringe safety device compatible with existing syringes and needles.

“NopoGuard integrates seamlessly into any standard operatory workflow for cleaning and sterilization while offering your team the best protection from needlestick injuries available on the market today,” said Robert A. Randolph, DDS, co-founder of Dental Products Lab. “As a reusable device, NopoGuard reduces practice waste, so you’re making a positive impact on the environment and saving money along the way.”
